i loved the coloring of my wig but it was not pre bleached or pre plucked like it stated on the description
I have my wig on now I'm loving the hair very good quality hair only trouble i'm having is the band in the back not rising up and the comb in the back staying in place
On 12/29/2023 I left the below review however, I am now updating my review from 4 star to 1 star and here is why… it hasn’t been 2 weeks that I’ve had these kinky straight tape ins installed in my hair and they have been falling out like no other. As previously mentioned in my original review 2 tape ins didn’t have much adhesive (straight out the pack) so they weren’t even able to be installed by my stylist, they kept slipping out… however, I want to say the next day after leaving my original review or maybe even two days later, just me brushing my hair or running my fingers through my hair more tape ins began to fall out and when they fell out I also felt that there was no adhesive. I am now confined to wearing my hair in one style due to whenever I try to style my hair tape ins fall out or of course just taking them out… when I purchased the tape ins before they arrived. I received an email basically stating that if I had any concerns to respond back to the email directly, once I realized that the tape ins were continually falling out I sent an email in response to the original that was sent to me from the company and I have yet to receive a response and it has been almost a week. I have also been calling the phone number for days and have not received a response, I am unable to leave a voicemail as all the phone does is ring and hangs up. This is a huge inconvenience due to the fact that I have spent almost $400 on Hair that I am unable to properly use due to the lack of adhesive on the tape ins and the fact that I am not able to get in contact with the company to either get a refund or more bundles, sent out to me. I understand that I have to buy new tape once the hair is reinstalled after about 6 to 8 weeks of use however, not even being able to keep the hair in for two weeks in the first place is crazy..

I’ve had my kiny straight tape ins installed for 1 week now and I’ve had a good experience. I purchased 3 bundles. I did have 2 tape ins that didn’t have much adhesive so they kept falling out when being installed so I just left them out. The hair hasn’t shed, is soft. Blends with my hair perfectly the 18” is very lengthy when bone straight.
